The Embody Lab Blog is a platform for articles that speak to the overarching themes of embodied education, self-discovery and healing for transformation.

Most articles on The Embody Lab Blog are written by our network of expert authors, but we are always open to hearing from other experts in the field, learning about their work, and offering our platform for their voice to be heard and their work to be discovered.

Article Guidelines

We invite you to draw on your expertise, and write on the themes of The Embody Lab that interest you:

  • We encourage you to offer guided practices when possible.

    Tone of Voice:

  • Simple, accessible, elegant language
  • Grounded and able to be understood
  • Warm and friendly
  • Gender neutral and inclusive
  • Empathetic and understanding
  • Real, hopeful and focused on inspiring the reader towards curiosity and exploration
  • Avoid pathologizing issues.

    Length: Articles can be somewhere between 750 – 1,250 words, or 4 – 7 min reads.

    Editing: Submission of your article does not guarantee it will be published. We reserve the right to edit your submission for conciseness, spelling, punctuation and grammar without your approval.
