UPCOMING LIVE EVENTS
Deepen your knowledge & continue your journey of embodied transformation.
During your time together, Dr. Levine will be working live with a demonstration client, giving you the rare opportunity to witness his approach in real time. In a follow-up session, he’ll revisit the recording and walk you through his process step by step—sharing the insights, choices, and somatic nuances that aren’t always visible in the moment. This powerful combination allows you to feel the immediacy of the live work and then deepen your understanding through his thoughtful debrief, creating a more personal and connected learning experience.
Healing requires more than managing symptoms — it requires integrating the fragmented parts of the self and restoring safety in the body. This is the heart of the IFS & Somatic Trauma Therapy Certificate.
Join us for this free live Preview Event with the certificate director Dr. Frank Anderson (psychiatrist, author, and leading IFS trainer), and Dr. Scott Lyons (founder of The Embody Lab).
Join us for The Nervous System Reset, a free, live online event that brings Polyvagal Theory out of textbooks and into your body—and your practice.
Over the course of one transformative day, world-renowned faculty will guide you through the science and practice of nervous system regulation. You'll discover how to work with—not against—your body's innate wisdom to restore safety, build resilience, and reclaim connection.
This isn't about managing symptoms. It's about understanding the autonomic patterns that shape how you move through the world—and learning practical, body-based tools to shift them.
The body is healer. The body is a wise resource. Sensorimotor Psychotherapy welcomes and values the wisdom of the body as the landscape for therapeutic change. In this experiential and engaging session, we will explore the foundational principles of embodying a non-pathologizing perspective and respecting the body as a wise, informed resource in Sensorimotor Psychotherapy. We will learn and deepen our understanding of how to invite the body into practice through skills of embodied psychoeducation with our clients, setting the groundwork for transformative healing.
Are you looking for a way to help your clients heal from trauma more effectively and holistically? Do you want to learn how to integrate EMDR therapy and somatic psychology in your trauma treatment practice? Or daily life as a way to process stress, release what's holding you back, and expand your resilience?
This program is designed for individuals, practitioners and educators who want to discover the power of a unified somatic approach to EMDR therapy to address and repair the psychological and physiological effects of trauma. When brought together these two cutting-edge modalities help process traumatic memories and reduce emotional distress, while reconnecting with the body and restoring a sense of safety and agency. In fact, according to Trauma expert Bessel van der Kolk, Somatic Therapy and EMDR Therapy are considered the best approaches for the treatment of trauma.

For years, nutritionist and somatic educator Luis Mojica has been asking people, “What did you have for breakfast?” That’s because he knows food is therapy, and the choices we make each day impact our capacity to heal from anxiety, stress, and trauma. Food can feel like the problem and the balm, but it always reveals when - and often why - we’re out of balance.
In his upcoming book, Food Therapy: Conscious Eating to Navigate Anxiety, Stress, and Trauma (published by Hay House in April 2026), Luis shares this wisdom with us with personal experiences woven in. He also offers a groundbreaking approach to eating to support the nervous system, adrenals, and glucose balance. When we learn how nutrition impacts our emotions and our bodies, every food choice becomes an opportunity to shift internal biochemistry and support our goals, both internal and external.
This Master Class with Dr. David Grand, developer of the Brainspotting Method, will give the origination story of Brainspotting as well as its evolution into a comprehensive trauma model. It will address the three ways of finding relevant eye positions including Outside Window, Inside Window and Gazespotting. The neurobiologically informed Uncertainty Principle, the Dual Attunement frame and focused mindfulness processing will be explained. All of this will lead up the Neuroexperiential model that defines Brainspotting today.
Trauma fragments the self. It disrupts memory networks, hijacks the nervous system, and leaves behind protective parts that work overtime to shield us from pain. While these survival strategies are adaptive, over time they can create cycles of disconnection, hypervigilance, depression, and shame. Healing requires more than managing symptoms — it requires integrating the fragmented parts of the self and restoring safety in the body.
This 10-module certificate, led by Dr. Frank Anderson (psychiatrist, author, and leading IFS trainer) with guest faculty Dr. Janina Fisher, Dr. Arielle Schwartz, Fran Booth, Kai Cheng Thom, Linda Thai and Dr. Scott Lyons, offers a powerful integration of Internal Family Systems (IFS), somatic practices, and neuroscience. Through lectures, live demonstrations, case consultations, and experiential learning, you’ll gain the skills to track fragmentation, work with protective and wounded parts, and restore safety and coherence in the body and mind.
When we experience trauma, the body often enters states of freeze, collapse, or repetitive holding patterns that limit our ability to feel, express, and dream. Yet within each of us lives a creative intelligence—somatic, emotional, and imaginal—that knows how to adapt, reconnect, and find new pathways toward healing.
In this Master Class, we explore how the integration of movement, somatics, and creative expression can support the transition from stuckness to flow. Drawing from the Halprin Life/Art Process®, depth psychology, and contemporary trauma-informed practices, Dr. Rosario Sammartino guides participants through experiential activities designed to awaken movement, expand internal resources, and reconnect with embodied imagination.
