In our age of distraction and division, concentration practice offers a path toward inner unity and collective healing. Join renowned meditation teacher Sharon Salzberg as she guides us in gathering our scattered energies, mind, body, and heart, into a cohesive whole through lecture and guided practice.

As we begin to more fully collect our disperse energies, steadying the nervous system and cultivating a calm, embodied presence, we discover that concentration is not withdrawal, but a return to wholeness and compassionate engagement with the world.

Attendees will cultivate a sense of inner calm and tranquility, through the development of states of concentration. They will find a deeper understanding of what truly matters to them, through the integration of their disparate parts into a more cohesive internal experience.

They can also expect to develop a deeper sense of equanimity and emotional balance, lowering their experienced levels of stress through a more focused and less-reactive inner lens.
