Dr. Scott Lyons is a licensed holistic psychologist, educator and author of the book Addicted to Drama: Healing Dependency on Crisis and Chaos in Yourself and Others, with Hachette publishing. As a renowned body-based trauma expert, Doctor of Osteopathy (Spain) and Mind-Body Medicine specialist, Scott helps people to break free from cycles of pain, limited beliefs, and trauma. Scott is an innovator in transformative wellness and trauma therapy, teaching over half a million people internationally over the past twenty years to relieve stress and restore vitality. Scott has worked with many of the country’s top leaders and CEOs as an executive coach and wellness consultant.

Sarah is a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner and expert in the field of trauma resolution. She specializes in multiple somatic modalities and therapeutic interventions including: nervous system regulation, attachment work, and parts work.
But before Sarah trained professionally in these approaches, she first came to this work as someone in need of healing and support, just like you.
She spent decades stuck in my dysregulation, unable to move forward, and feeling like she was broken. she tried almost everything out there, but it wasn’t until she found somatic healing that everything changed for her.
Alyssa Nobriga
Alyssa is an international speaker, coach and entrepreneur. She’s the Founder + CEO of The Institute of Coaching Mastery, which certifies hundreds of coaches a year in her methodology.
She’s been featured in The New York Times, Forbes, Entrepreneur, Inc., Psychology Today, and Fox, and highlighted as an expert coach by Deepak Chopra.
Alyssa is a licensed Clinical Somatic Psychotherapist with a master’s degree from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology and holds a second master’s degree in Spiritual Psychology from the University of Santa Monica, where she also worked on faculty.

The Embodied Business Mastermind officially launches with a virtual Opening Retreat on November 2nd, 2025 — where you’ll meet the group, set your vision, and map out the next six months.
From there, we begin weekly live calls in November 2025, blending Business Growth Labs, Hot Seat Coaching, Supervision + Case Consults, and exclusive Guest Faculty trainings.
Our first in-person retreat will be held in Los Angeles, February 7th–8th, 2026, followed by a VIP Day with Dr. Scott Lyons on February 9th (for Elite tier members).
