This Embody Lab Master Class offers a rich, experiential introduction to Internal Family Systems (IFS) with a focused exploration of protectors and their essential role in the inner system.
Participants will learn how protectors and exiles develop and organize around early life experiences, shaping patterns of emotion and behavior. Emphasis is placed on cultivating Presence and Self-energy—the grounded, compassionate awareness that supports authentic inner connection and healing.
Through a blend of teaching, guided somatic exercises, video, reflection, and discussion, practitioners will deepen their capacity to recognize, approach, and build relationships with protectors—both within themselves and in their work with clients.
