Anxiety that develops in response to trauma often persists because the body continues to perceive threat long after danger has passed. In this engaging one-hour workshop, participants will explore practical, trauma-informed approaches for working with trauma-related anxiety. The session integrates interoception, trauma frameworks, and parts work to help clinicians understand the protective role of anxiety and support clients in building safety, regulation, and greater internal awareness.
