ABOUT THIS MASTER CLASS
For many clients, trauma leaves a devastating impact, including debilitating symptoms, damaged relationships, and fragmentation from their former self. It can cause them to feel split inside, with parts oppressed, polarised, dissociated, hidden, and exiled, as they navigate the pain and devastation.
Through presentation and guided exploration, participants will examine various parts maps along the parts continuum, from adaptive and conscious parts to fragmented and dissociated states. You’ll understand how trauma and developmental injuries influence the predictive brain, embodiment, and relational functioning. Rooted in interoceptive wisdom and somatic practices, we will explore strategies for recognising, engaging with, and integrating different parts. The masterclass will focus on building safety and guiding you towards greater coherence, confidence, resilience, and wholeness.
