You know the signs.

The hypervigilance that won't turn off. The shutdown that arrives without warning. The disconnection that feels safer than reaching out. The sense of being stuck in survival mode—even when there's no immediate threat.

Your nervous system is doing what it was designed to do: protect you. But when trauma or chronic stress rewires our autonomic patterns, that protection can become a prison.

What if the very wiring that keeps you stuck also holds the key to your healing?

ABOUT THE SUMMIT

Join us for The Nervous System Reset, a free, live online event that brings Polyvagal Theory out of textbooks and into your body—and your practice.

Over the course of one transformative day, world-renowned faculty will guide you through the science and practice of nervous system regulation. You'll discover how to work with—not against—your body's innate wisdom to restore safety, build resilience, and reclaim connection.

This isn't about managing symptoms. It's about understanding the autonomic patterns that shape how you move through the world—and learning practical, body-based tools to shift them.

This summit’s world-leading embodiment experts include Courtney Rolfe, Jan Winhall, Tracy Jarvis, Dr. Arielle Schwartz, and Dr. Niki Elliott.

WHAT YOU’LL LEARN

Through experiential practices, live demonstrations, and integrative teaching, you'll discover how to:

  • Recognize autonomic states in real time
Learn to track the cues your nervous system sends—and understand what they're trying to tell you.

  • Work with safety as a biological experience
Go beyond cognitive reassurance to create felt safety in the body and nervous system.

  • Apply Polyvagal-informed tools in clinical practice
Integrate regulation strategies into therapy, coaching, education, and healing work with clients.

  • Build resilience through co-regulation
Discover how connection—with yourself, others, and your environment—is the foundation of nervous system healing.

  • Support your own nervous system health
Walk away with practices you can use immediately to cultivate presence, ease, and vitality in your daily life.

WHO THIS SUMMIT IS FOR

This event is designed for:

  • Mental health professionals seeking evidence-based tools for trauma and nervous system work

  • Coaches, educators, and healers who want to integrate Polyvagal principles into their practice

  • Bodyworkers and movement practitioners exploring the intersection of somatics and autonomic regulation

  • Anyone on a personal healing journey who wants to understand their nervous system and reclaim a sense of safety and connection

Whether you're supporting others or seeking tools for your own well-being, this summit will meet you where you are—and give you what you need to move forward.

WHY THIS MATTERS NOW

We live in a world that chronically activates our nervous systems. The constant demands, disconnection, and overwhelm of modern life leave many of us operating from survival states we can't seem to shift.

But healing is possible. And it begins with understanding.

Polyvagal Theory shows us that safety isn't just a concept—it's a biological experience. When we learn to work with our nervous system rather than override it, we create the conditions for profound transformation.

This summit is your invitation to begin.

Shifting the Paradigm: Healing Trauma and Addiction with the Felt Sense Polyvagal Model

A 75-MINUTE EXPERIENTIAL SESSION

This workshop will present an introduction to the Felt Sense Polyvagal ModelTM (FSPM) developed over forty-five years. This depathologizing model challenges top-down modalities that leave out the wisdom of the body. From a polyvagal perspective, ‘disorders’ become ‘adaptations’ designed for survival.

FSPM rests on two embodied processes, Gendlin’s Felt Sense (body awareness) and Porges’ neuroception (nervous system regulation). The model incorporates five theories, providing the practitioner with an integrated anti-oppressive framework. Concepts from current trauma theory will be related to the embodied processes enabling the practitioner to learn how to engage the body into any treatment modality that they are currently using.

The workshop will provide tools to teach clients how to engage their nervous systems, use the six steps of Focusing/Felt Sensing, and apply the Four-Circle Harm Reduction Practice (FCHRP). Participants will learn about The Embodied Assessment and Treatment Tool (EATT)TM, a somatic assessment that tracks neuroception and interoception to assess clients functioning. Case examples, and a video will be included.
